LÍLLÉ BABY CARRYON TODDLER CARRIER

My whole perspective on infant/toddler carriers changed once LILLEbaby was introduced to me. One of the things I regret not doing when Cole was an infant, was baby wearing him. There are so many options, just like everything, and it can be difficult to determine the quality and comfort of a product. Que in LILLEbaby here.

After doing some research, reading reviews, and taking time to think of what I want in a carrier, I am SO happy to have found this company. My little guy is 18 months old (but seriously, where does the time escape to) and just like any toddler, is EVERYWHERE. The mom-quote that says, “Chasing my toddler is my cardio,” is literally the most accurate thing I’ve ever heard in my life. It gets hard when were out and about and he doesn’t want to sit still. Which brings me to another point- grocery shopping. Unless I bring snacks, or toys that end up being thrown on the ground, he doesn’t like to be confined in the shopping cart. LILLEbaby toddler carriers clearly have had us mamas in mind when creating this functional and comfortable carrier.

This past weekend we brought Cole to a pumpkin patch in a little town around where we live. There was a lot going on! A bounce house (which he was still too little to go into, next year buddy), a hay ride, and a corn maze. This carrier made the whole day a lot easier. I didn’t have to carry around a bulky stroller that would have prevented us from going on the hay ride. I was able to easily put Cole in and out of the carrier depending on what activity we were doing. One of the best features of this carrier is that theres 3 different ways to wear your little human. When we first walked around I had Cole facing towards everyone. He loved this because he was able to see what was going on, and I had peace of mind not worrying about where he was running off to. Once we got to the corn maze I was able to easily take him out of the carrier so that he could walk through the maze with us. Eventually he got tired (and probably because it was passed his nap time) so I put him back in the carrier, but this time facing me, so that he could calm down a bit. Which worked because he ended up falling asleep while I was toddler-wearing him. This is awesome because it just goes to show how comfortable to carrier is for the child, as well!

I may have missed my opportunity to baby-wear Cole while he was an infant, but I am loving being able to carry him around comfortably now, even as a toddler. Our LILLEbaby carrier stays put in my vehicle now, because I use it for everything. Activities outside, grocery shopping, even when he isn’t feeling well and just wants some mama-snugs. I am all for having my little guy close to me before he’s not so little anymore.

In order for my faith to actually make a differenc In order for my faith to actually make a difference in my life, it requires making daily choices— Growing closer to God isn’t the result of trying harder but of surrendering more 🤍☁️🗯️✨

I heard this song in the car earlier today, and wept. In the midst of darkness, confusion, fear— it’s in the small, quiet moments I hear God the loudest, and for most of my life it’s been through music.

I pray for peace over you— with whatever silent battles you’re facing, that you can feel Him through the silence and take comfort in knowing you’re not doing it alone 🤍

God creates circumstances for us that'll require u God creates circumstances for us that'll require us to step out of our comfort zones. He creates these moments so that through them, we can grow and, above all, learn to trust Him. Although uncomfortable, these precise moments of trial unfold our identity in Christ, and, most importantly, through the trial, we develop an intimate relationship with Him.

Our trust in God does not evolve in the realm of comfort but rather in uncertainty- when our only choice is to rely on Him.

Paul shares with us in 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 that he was under great pressure, far beyond his ability to endure, but it happened, so he'd rely on God & not on himself 🤍🪩✌🏼
